With the growing rate of obesity across the world, basic facilities are having to be altered to accommodate this extra weight and size. Bearing this in mind, we have specifically designed a toilet pan to cater for this change in lifestyle which is affecting the majority of the modern Westernised world.
In order to “normalise” this alteration, our pans fit in with every décor and style with a white powder coated finish. This ensures that it doesn’t look out of place in the home and within industrial and workplace settings, whilst providing the strength and durability of the stainless steel underneath. This way it still looks like a conventional toilet pan with a ceramic looking finish. In order to accommodate this change in lifestyle, the pan has been designed with an elongated bowl with a wide seating area to make it more of a user-friendly product. Additionally, this pan has a larger footprint for maximum strength. This comes complete with secure wall and floor fixings for stability; allowing the weight to be evenly dispersed through the floor. The pan is purposefully secured onto the floor and wall to ensure there is no movement or damage caused to its surroundings.

This pan has been manufactured from 2.00mm thick stainless steel and has been load tested to 1000kg. This ensures the strength and durability required for this load-bearing product. The elliptical shape of the contoured seating area provides comfort without the need for a seat and cover, which we can supply as an optional extra. Our Big John toilet seat and cover has been load tested to 500kg and ensures durability, strength and hygiene. Furthermore, our pan comes fitted with an effective water-saving 3-litre flush which provides maximum environmental benefits alongside exceptional performance. This is fully compliant with the latest water regulations, and all stainless steel used in the manufacture of our pans comes from recycled products.
