Spares & Parts

We keep a large selection of spares and parts for our products in stock ready for immediate shipment.

Whilst we cannot promise that every part is immediately available, we do aim to supply parts promptly so as to avoid inconvenience to our customers. 

Most spares, depending on quantity and size, are supplied by next day courier service. 

If you require spares or replacement parts, it helps if you can identify:

  • 1. The model number of the unit
  • 2. The approximate date of supply (some parts get updated periodically) 
  • 3. The part number itself - if marked on the part 
  • 4. The part number as shown in any installation document 

 

We appreciate that these may not be readily to hand so if you are in any doubt as to what you require, we suggest that photographs are taken of the whole unit and the part to be replaced. Please send images to [email protected]. This will help us quickly identify your needs and despatch the part. 

Where parts are no longer available for older models, we will try to offer the best alternative solution.

Our products are tested and certified to meet applicable standards. Not all products are covered by the same standards.
Products maunfactured outside the EU may have been tested to local standards which may meet or exceed EU standards.
